Iced Rosehip Tea
Kids love the fruity flavour of this delicious drink which easily replaces sugar laden and shop bought juices and drinks.
Ingredients
2 tsp loose rosehip tea
500 ml Boiling water
1 or 2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Place the leaves in a teapot, jug, or pan
Boil 500ml of water and add to the leaves. Let the tea brew for 10 minutes
Drain the leaves and place the liquid in a jug or bottle
Add the honey and stir until thoroughly mixed in
Cool down and serve chilled

Rosehip has tremendous anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and is one of the best sources of vitamin C to help support the immune system and adrenal function and can be especially helpful for children with sensory processing difficulties.
