Stella is the Founder of Brainstorm Health® and is a CNHC Registered Nutritionist. Her extensive professional training includes a 1st Class BSC Honours (Nutritional Therapy) degree and specific training focused on the principles of Functional Medicine – which assesses and addresses the underlying causes of conditions.

Jo is a  Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Brainstorm Health® Practitioner (mBANT, regCNHC) with a degree in Biology and Diploma (with distinction) in Nutritional Therapy. Jo has a special interest in working with children and young people. As a mother of two small daughters herself, she understands how challenging it can be to make lifestyle changes and healthy choices that work for all the family within constraints of time and budget, so her approach is always to take the time to listen to families, to develop a plan that works for them, and that is sustainable.
