- 3 Eggs
- 1 heaped tbsp Coconut flour
- 2 tbsp Psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp Sodium bicrabonate
Mix and let is rest for 5 minutes to thicken up.
Cook in olive oil, ghee, tallow or another healthy oil, 3 minutes either side and serve with compote, jam, maple syrup or honey.
